BUTI Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. While BUTI Yoga is, undoubtedly, a physically testing dynamic form of exercise, it has also been designed to target your mental wellbeing.

BUTI is a Marathi Indian term that can be translated as meaning “the cure to something that's been hidden away or secret.” The goal in BUTI is to unlock the Shakti energy trapped in the lower two chakras, tapping into your inner power to unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with others instead of compete.

The BUTI Yoga methodology clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to create a deeper connection within, allowing each student to shift their perception of the world around them thus creating a deeper connection to this world.

Join Jessica as she introduces you to the basic principles of the BUTI methodology. The first half of the workshop will familiarize you with the basic movement style, history and four major components of the practice: Vinyasa Power Yoga, Cardio, Tribal Dance & Abdominal Toning. In breaking down each of these components, you will learn the intention of each and begin to understand the curation of the poses and movements and why they are infused in such a way to develop this practice.

For the second part of the workshop we will bring all thew BUTI elements to life! You will stomp, dance, and move to music; awakening your chakras within, bringing you into your personal power and stepping into your BUTI BLISS!

BUTI is a practice of celebration, connection, and empowerment and allows you to strip the layers that hide the true you.
