Join Jessica Golden for a peaceful meditative Journey Through Sound imbued with stress reducing, Magnolia Tea.  Sound Alchemy is a transformative experience, creatively designed to support you in releasing tension, shifting emotional patterns, and gaining clarity.  The ancient art creation of sound alchemy spans cross-cultures & traditions throughout time.  It is a powerful modality combining sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of various instruments to tap into and improve our multidimensional well being; ultimately guiding us into a deeper state of meditation.  During this meditation, your body will have the capacity to change at a cellular level by alchemizing the accumulation of stress you’ve been storing, returning you back into harmonious balance.  Echoing the blooming patterns of the Magnolia trees in May, you will be served a fragrant and sweet flora tea made from the magnolia flower.  This tea is celebrated for its soothing aroma and used for improving digestion, reducing anxiety, and aiding with sinus congestion.  It is through this experience, in which our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) can be gently awakened and be lovingly restored, reset, and activated.  Let's all come together uniting our luminous vessels as we alchemize and realign into peace and harmony.

Join me for an ecstatic afternoon of Somatic Breathwork & Movement with Sacred Cacao.  First we will awaken our senses through a delicious dose of ceremonial cacao as we set our intentions and enter through a portal of exploration.  You will then be guided into a transformational journey of conscious connected breath-work, where you will explore your inner awareness, learning to harness the potency of your breath, as it helps you to access parts of yourself and physiology that most, never realize possible.  Breath-work is a somatic & transformational practice which gives you control over your state of mind, your body’s chemistry and helps you to release trapped & stagnant energy.  The combination of ceremonial cacao and breath-work will enable you to access and open your heart to receiving even more love and support.  Followed by the breath you will be guided by Jessica through a somatic movement exploration. The movement will help to tap into the deep layers of your soma as you move through feeling, not thinking, eventually leading you into your own unique dance & expression.  Somatic movement has the capacities to take you into the great depths of innate wisdom and intelligence that you already hold within, while also grounding you back into your true authentic self.  This will be an ecstatic energetic offering, creating space for you to release, transform and alchemize as you open your heart and deepen into gratitude.

• What is Ceremonial Cacao?  It is 100% pure grade cacao. Planted, farmed & harvested with intention. Cacao originates in the Amazon and in indigenous societies of Mexico, Central & South America. These cultures have used cacao as a food, a medicine, and a currency for hundreds, if not thousands of years.  Cacao was highly valued to these ancient cultures and in fact Theobroma (the genius of Cacao) translates as ‘Food of the Gods.’ When ingested, it helps to trigger your ‘feel good’ hormones & endorphins, including dopamine, theobromine & anandamide.
