This is an integration program so we will be drawing upon real life experiences and I will provide you with guidance & tools so that you may more gracefully navigate this human plane while maintaining a more cleansed, cleared & aligned vessel. I do not want to restrict or repress any natural, intuitive topics that may arise! Integration on the fly, we’ll call it! Your questions & shares will be welcomed, appreciated & supported throughout our journey.  This will be a safe container to share and to be seen & heard by others in our Sovereign Essence Sangha (community).  We will support each other through Love & Compassion to help us each foster more personal growth and sacred healing on our journey.

This program is designed to support you and all the beautiful amazing spiritual work you have been embarking on. This will be a journey connecting you back to your Sovereign Essence, creating a more aligned way of being as you open up your soul to a deeper connection to those around you, your environment, the planet and the universe; cultivating a more profound understanding of ONENESS.

We are constantly awakening & integrating with life’s experiences AND it isn’t always pretty! Did you start out 2021 strong but are now losing some steam? I want to help you to find continued daily inspiration and to teach & give you tools to maintain your spiritual practices or open you up to new practices, while gracefully integrating all the amazing healing, downloads, wisdom & insights you have already received in this life! Whether you are integrating from breath work practices, reiki sessions, ceremony experiences, a 2021 detox cleanse, addiction, OR integrating from all the life changes in general this year; from losing loved ones, to home schooling your children, or maybe evening losing your job, this course will support you and provide you tools to help ease your journey and bring you back into alignment. I want to help guide you to embody the practices so that you may maintain a more balanced way of being post your spiritual sessions and/or life experiences and ‘Come Home’ to the essence of your being. We will have weekly zoom calls with the teachings & discussions outlined, to the left, complimented with various spiritual teachings, mantras & chants, meditations, breath-work, writing prompts and more, to keep your vessel cleansed & clear and open to receive the myriad of possibilities the universe presents to you! During these calls there will be time for Q & A and also some space to share and draw upon personal inquiry and integration, if you so choose. I will follow up each class with an email recap & link to the recorded zoom discussion, also adding in any additional tools, music, musings & inspirations that will enhance the teachings along with weekly integrative assignments.

I have made the conscious decision to detach from social media platforms. I would love for us all to stay connected throughout our program, so I will invite you all to download the FREE app called “Signal.”  On here I will create our Sangha (community) group and this will serve as a chat room where we can all share thoughts, information, books, ideas, music, inspirations etc. throughout the program.  It is also a wonderful way to cultivate a deeper connection with each other in between Zoom calls and receive some extra love & support from our Sangha.

Your participation in the Signal group is optional, but highly recommended, as with the Zoom calls.  Calls will be recorded and shared in our follow-up emails.  I understand that you may not be able to commit to every Live Zoom Call, but it is recommend to be live & present in order to receive the full benefits of this program.
