300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

THE EMBODIMENT PATH: A Ceremonial 300hr YTT Awakening & Embodying the Ancient Wisdom within, through Somatic Integration

Join Jessica Golden of Sovereign Essence Yoga Academy (SEYA), for an incredible journey through a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. This comprehensive, hybrid program will create an embodied blueprint for you to dive deeper into the practice and into self- transformation. This is going to be a journey, one that I am confident that your soul has already been preparing for.  Our year long program will cycle and flow with the natural rhythms of nature.  You will learn how to attune to these rhythms through ceremony, ritual, (non-psychedelic) plant medicines, intro to sound alchemy, somatic movements, the inner-verse of fascia, sound healing, and so much more!  We will also dive deep into the yogic traditions of pranayama, the subtle energy bodies of yoga, yoga philosophy, meditation and asana.  The asana will take us way beyond just the physical pose.  You will form a better understanding of each pose and how it feels in the body through not only alignment but also somatic application.  We will also focus on creative sequencing and expression so that the way you practice & teach becomes your unique signature and echoes the inspiration within.  Throughout this training you will also develop a better understanding of yoga philosophy & mantra and how to integrate it into your expressions, deepening into the embodiment of the ancient yogic lineages of vinyasa and yin.  This is a training where Modern Meets The Ancient and you will be guided in how to cohesively merge these together, learning to more fully embody YOGA off the mat as you integrate it as your way of being on your path of evolution. • Learn how to deepen into space holding, ritual and ceremony

Added option to attend my live class Sunday morning 9am-10:30am at Jiva Yoga Center (class cost not covered).

* Please know that this training is not limited to those who already hold a 200hr YTT. I am opening this container to those who want to dive deeper into self exploration, those who already facilitate in perhaps other modalities, AND those who want to accrue 300hrs to put towards their 500hr RYT. While you do not have to hold a 200hr certificate, it is advised that you have a consistent yoga practice of at least 5 years, an intermediate understanding of the postures, and that you are open and eager to learn and willing to fully participate.

INSTRUCTOR: Jessica holds 500hr+ YTT certifications. She completed her initial 200hr training from Jean Rioux & Vicki Rickard at Jiva Yoga Center in 2016. She went on to complete her 500hr YTT “Yoga & Somatics and Expressions of Yin” with Carlos Romero of Livin’ Inspired in Bali, Indonesia. She has immersed herself within several others trainings from Baptiste Yoga with Baron Baptiste & Paige Elenson, Buti Yoga, Conscious Connected Breathing with Jon Paul Crimi, virtual immersions with Janet Stone, Sound Healing Apprenticeship with Kennedy Oneself at Soul Medicine Vibrations, Sound Healing Academy and has also earned her Level II Shamanic Reiki certification. She considers herself a ceremonialist and has facilitated numerous types of ceremonies including plant medicines, sound alchemy and shamanic journeying. She also holds a certification in Transformational Recovery & Psychedelic Integration. Her wide range of experience & certifications and devotion to the practice has helped to shape her into an eclectic, embodied yoga teacher, who draws from several modalities to present to you this thorough & comprehensive training program.
