WHAT IS INTEGRATION?

The integration process offers a fresh start, a new beginning, and a reawakening of the next phase of life unfolding.  It helps one to remember their values and passions, and find meaning in their life, suffering, and past experiences.  Integration is where the fruits of one’s psychedelic or transformational experience blossom in their life. The benefits and opportunities can be described as
“endless” because there is so much potential and possibility to grow into.

The word to integrate means to combine one thing with something else to form a new whole. This is precisely the focus of the post-post-entheogenic experience. 

What exactly are we integrating? Primarily, we are integrating our experience of an altered state of consciousness and potentially profound, altered perceptions of reality. This experience can be both incredibly beneficial as we shed rigid ways of thinking, yet challenging as we stretch our capacity to redefine new meaning for our lives.
