Jessica is a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, specializing in Shamanic Reiki.
Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing in which its origins can be traced back to ancient Tibet, thousands of years ago.
“REI” means “universal” and refers to the spiritual realms of the soul.
“KI” means the vital life force which flows through all that is alive.
Reiki is the art and science of activating, directing and applying natural universal life energy, to promote energy balancing, healing & wholeness and to promote an overall positive harmonious wellness in the body.
Reiki is facilitated by placing your hands just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” But Reiki can also be done “long-distance,” as a form of prayer.
In the Shamanic world-view, we are all interconnected through time and space by a living, conscious web. This concept, understood as “oneness,” allows us to affect change regardless of our physical placement in time and geography. Shamanism taps into the power and energy of expanded spiritual realities and of nature to encourage harmony for individuals and communities. Reiki focuses the universal life force energy to restore balance for ourselves and others. Separately, shamanism and Reiki offer powerful ways to heal but when these two modalities are combined, their powers are multiplied.
In your healing session, Jessica will integrate Reiki with shamanic practices through her deep intuitiveness, grounding you to the Earth & nature and connecting you up to your highest divine self. Jessica will work with you to remove negative energetic blockages, healing deep energetic wounds, and provide you with tools to integrate into your life so that you can be your own healer beyond your sessions.
Each Session
Is unique to the client and can be facilitated with traditional reiki, alone, or in combination with a shamanistic practices.
Sessions will include sound healing with shamanic drums, gongs, alchemy crystal bowls & more! A warm infrared mat infused with healing crystals will also be utilized!
She can also guide you on a Shamanic Journey to meet our spirit guides, spirit animals, connect to your ancestors, your galactic family, your divine higher self; uncovering your Sovereign Essence!
